Overview
If there is an issue with your item, please reach out to sapphiclifeguide@gmail.com before shipping an item for return or leaving a review. We will do our best to make things right.
You must return the item within 30 days of delivery
You are responsible for return shipping costs
You are responsible for any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Return Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted items.
Damaged/Defective Items - If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must contact sapphiclifeguide@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date, and we will resolve the issue.
Lost in Transit - For packages lost in transit, you must reach out to sapphiclifeguide@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will resolve the issue.
Wrong Address - If the address given at checkout is incorrect, please reach out to sapphiclifeguide@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the shipment label has not been created yet, we will change the address on the label and get it to you. If the shipment has been fulfilled already, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Exchanges - If you ordered the wrong size, please reach out to sapphiclifeguide@gmail.com, and we will confirm the correct size, arrange the return, and send the correct size to you minus the cost of shipping. Please note that you will be charged for both items if we do not receive the unwanted size within 15 days of initiating the exchange.
